2021-22 NFL Prediction- Los Angeles Rams vs Green Bay Packers

In America’s Game of the Week, Matthew Stafford and his 7-3 Rams visit Aaron Rodgers and the Packers at Lambeau Field in Week 12. The Rams are coming off a bye week and need to regroup as they are on a two game losing streak. The Packs narrowly lost to Minnesota last week as Greg Joseph won the game for the Vikings 34-31. The passing game is going to be crucial as both clubs have amazing receivers. The Rams with Cooper Kupp who has the most receiving yards in the NFL and Davante Adams who is close behind in 3rd place.

The Rams failed to impress in the last game. They lost to the 49ers in a blowout loss who at the time were 3-5. Stafford threw 2 picks including a pick six and were 0/2 on 4th downs. The defense had one sack and couldn’t get any turnovers. Stafford has to be really good and has got to put points on the board. He has amazing players with him like Robert Woods, Odell Beckham Jr., and Cooper Kupp and has to use them in this football game. The Packers can score points so they have to match that with their offense. The defense also needs to perform well as they performed terrible at Levi’s Stadium in their last game. They can’t give up the big plays which can easily happen vs Green Bay. If they want to win the division and outrun Arizona, they need a win at Lambeau to show what they’re made of and if they are a strong playoff contender.

The Packers offense were pretty much perfect against the Vikings last week as Rodgers threw 385 yards and 4 touchdowns. They had some big plays in that game and really took advantage of the speed they had. The defense was the only letdown in that game. They let the Vikings receivers get free and it was easy for Justin Jefferson and Thielen to get catches. Those receivers were wide open in the middle of the field which just cannot happen against Sean Mcvay’s team. The defense has to be better in this game and help out Rodger’s side of the football. I expect a good show from the offense and am sure Aaron Rodgers will play like he always does.

I believe the Rams will win this game 27-24. They are coming off a rest week and are definitely going to play better than their last game. The Rams offense can be really good and we’ve seen that in their first few games. They’ve beaten Tom Brady and the Bucs in a really good performance. They have the potential to play perfectly and dominate. It’s going to be a close game but the Packers will just fall short of Stafford’s team.

A big NFC matchup is set for Sunday afternoon from Wisconsin. Can Los Angeles bounce back from some rough games or will the Green Bay Packers win at home and keep control of the NFC North? We will find out on Sunday as the Rams need a win to keep up with the Cardinals and ahead of the 49ers.

 THE END
