Philadelphia Eagles Team Review

The Philadelphia Eagles have worked their way to be the best team in the league and their 7-1 record is the best in the NFL. They’ve been led by Jalen Hurts and A.J Brown who have been shredding defense. Philly plays the Cowboys at home before their bye week so they’ll be looking to take down their division rivals before their rest week.

A.J Brown is carrying the Eagles right now. He’s averaging 138.5 yards a game for the last 6 games and has been simply unguardable. He makes so many contested catches and is such a strong receiver. The amazing thing about the Eagles is that they have two great receivers in Brown and Smith. They’re both so reliable and one of them is always open. The only thing I want to see more from the Eagles is the run game. They could use Swift more and not be as reliant on Hurts throwing the ball.

The next stretch of the season is huge for Philly. They have one of the hardest schedules after their bye week and these games will show people if they’re contenders or not. Starting Week 11, they play Chiefs, Bills, 49ers, Cowboys, and Seahawks, teams who have winning records and are likely playoff bound. Those 1st 4 teams have a good chance of the Super Bowl so they’ll have to bring their best game in these games. This is going to toughen them up for the playoffs and if they can win 3 or 4 of these 5 games, it’s a huge momentum boost.

It seems like Philadelphia really wants to get to the Super Bowl again and finish the job this time. They’ve been dominant so far but all eyes will be on them as they play some tough teams in a couple of weeks. Are the Eagles going to show America that they are contenders or pretenders?

 THE END
